Many people don't know what actually is the richest country on the planet, some say it's USA, the others just say it's the Middle Eastern countries. They aren't wrong at all, actually. Take USA for an example, it's a superpower country, and only few other countries can compare its level of technological development. Another example: Middle Eastern countries. In average, those countries in desert-covered area have millions barrel of oils ready to process.
But, all of those examples aren't good enough to be compared to this particular country. Even The USA, Middle Eastern and Uni European countries themselves can't beat this one.
and....... so, this is the (ignored) richest country on the planet. This particular country's citizen would be very proud if they knew. But ironically, they don't realize that they're standing on a bunch of diamonds. So, let's see this one's profile.
Wait... does the writer (me) make a mistake? Well, i could straightly declare that this particular country, is the richest country in the world. But, isn't this country currently slumped? With huge amount of debt to pay, poverty, corruption, degrading mores, and the other serious problems that have been happening? Okay, so let's discuss about it specifically, so that we can see how rich this country actually is...
1. This country has the biggest gold mine with best quality in the world. The name is: Freeport.
this mine has been producing 7,3 MILLIONS tons of copper and 724,7 MILLIONS tons of gold. I (the writer: Suranegara) tried to convert that amount by the current price of gold per gram, let's say it's IDR 300.000, multiplied by 724,7 millions tons or 724.700.000.000.000 gram, equals IDR 217.410.
000.000.000.000.000 !!! Could anybody please help me to read those freakin' numbers?
Well, it was just the gold. We haven't count the copper and the other materials. Then, who manages this SUPER mine? Not the country itself, it's The USA!!! The percentage is 1% for the land owner country and 99% for USA as the owner of technology to manage the mine. Even when gold and copper started becoming less and less, 400 meters under the layers, they found a kind of substance that costs 100 times more expensive than gold: URANIUM, the main material for making nuclear fuel. For your information, we can go round the earth by a small car with only 2 grams of uranium! It isn't clear yet, how much exactly uranium is under there, but the latest news said that according to the experts, the amount of uranium substance there is enough to light up this whole world by a nuclear electric generator. Free port has been giving a lot of advantage for a few government officers, generals, and filthy politicians, who could enjoy their charmed life above this country's poverty. They're not better than bloodsuckers!
2. This country has THE BIGGEST natural gas reserve IN THE WORLD!
It's in Block Natuna. Do you know how much the substance of gas is in Block Natuna? Block Natuna D Alpha has gas reserves about 202 TRILLION cubic feet!! and there are still many more blocks that produce mineral and oil just like Block Cepu etc. Who manages them? EXXON MOBIL! gets a little help from Pertamina.
3. This country has the biggest richest in biological variety tropical forest in the world.
39.549.447 hectare of tropical forest is located in Sumatra, Borneo, and Sulawesi. Actually, if this country wants a doomsday, they can have it easily. Just simply cut all of the trees in those forests, and the doomsday will soon come along. The reason is, this planet is so dependent on those tropical forest for keeping climate balance, because the rain forest in Amazon is not strong enough to do it alone. But now, they slowly turned into golf courts and resorts, how ironic.
4. This country is surrounded by two big oceans, The Pacific and Indian, where millions species of unique sea creature live under.
This country's seas are so rich that other countries can also harvest the fish (secretly).
5. This country is the #4 most populated country in the world.
With this big amount of people, this country should have many qualified people. But sadly, the government just ignores them. So they choose to move out this country and work for any other country which could appreciate and value them.
6. This country has very fertile soil, because of active volcanoes and equator line that gives lot of sunshine and rain.
Compared to those middle eastern countries which have pouring oil, this particular country surely is way richer. The fact is, oil is non-renewable resources, someday they would run out of it, and soon they'll be poor countries because they don't have soil as fertile as this country's that almost anything can grow here.
7. This country has exotic landscape yet again, none other countries can compare, from the top of the mountain until deep down under the sea.
This country is very rich! There's no other country as rich as it is! But...what is happening???
Yes, this country is INDONESIA.

In the northern part of Europe, God created potential and pleasant ground like England, Scotland, and France. But in that part, God also created torturously cold weather. In the southern part of Europe, God put little bit poor people, just like in Spain and Greece, but the sun shines so warm with exotic landscape in Gibraltar strain. Then the Angel pointed at a form of archipelago and shouted, “then what is that, God?”. “Oh, that.” God answered. “That is Indonesia. A very rich and beautiful country on the planet. There’s a million kinds of flora and fauna I’ve created there. Billions of ready-harvested fish, and lot of sunlight and rain. I put there, also friendly and helpful various people. They love their culture and arts. The Angel got confused, he asked, “You said that everything will occur in balance on this earth. But why is Indonesia full of good things? where are the bad things? where is the balance?” and then God finally answered, “Wait until you see the idiots I put in the government.”...
and thanks also for 65th anniversary of Indonesia's Independence Day, we, Indonesian youths, give a big appreciation to all the fighters that had sacrificed their blood and tears for this ungrateful nation.
